The big three
In the off season we picked up 2 of the best players in the league. Lebron James and Chris Bosh joined the Miami Heat. We had so much expectations surrounding us and anything less than a championship would be a failure. This was the start of something spectacular a reign that could not be stopped. We made it to the NBA finals the first year and lost to the Dallas Mavericks. Man was that heartbreaking. The next 2 years we came out with a vengeance to win in it all with no mercy.
I have 3 rings now. Thanks to my amazing teammates and organization.
My love
When she came into my life everything was picture perfect. Gabrielle Union makes everything better. She is the one who was there for me when I was injured and was out for a long time. She has motivated me to become a better father, role model, and basketball player. I couldn't ask for a better half to my whole she makes the world go around, she lights up the room every time she walks in. We both are into fashion and every time we dress, we dress to impress.
Family
My kids are a big part in my life and a key role in my success. My grind is for them, I have to make sure they have the best experience as children, so they know what it is like to make a impact on someones life. All my decisions from now on effect there future, so making the right ones are my motives
MVP
3 years in and I have already won my first ring and my finals MVP. I am so blessed that I got the opportunity to play in such a great organization.
NBA Draft
I was the 5th pick in the 2003 NBA draft to the Miami Heat. This was the start of my journey to new heights and expectations. I could not let my family down and the drive I had for basketball was second to none.
High school
Growing up in Chicago was rough, but having basketball behind me really helped me get out the struggle and
become something great. The whole city was behind me and that inspired me to keep going hard everyday.
